Regular / Maintenance
1 ‐ 3 TIMES PER YEAR
Annual, twice per year or quarterly window cleaning service. The purpose of cleaning — light dirt removal.
Restoration service. The purpose of service — hard water stains / oxidation / mineral buildup/ scratches removal.
Special service. The purpose of cleaning — construction or aged dirt / residue removal from the windows.
We will assess your building, look around every window, and if we find anything, take pictures before and after and recaulk/reseal that spot. Also, we can take photos and videos of an entire drop, and it could be used to determine façade integrity and scope of work for FISP repairs. Caulking can be a small job with tremendous results.
The purpose of cleaning — heavy or aged dirt removal. First / Initial cleaning in Maintenance Cycle.

How do you clean the windows? (can you describe the process?)
Once our team gets to the residence, they do a walkthrough, discuss the scope of work prior to starting the job. Afterwards they prepare the cleaning solution & protect areas surrounding the windows the drop cloth & towels and start cleaning the windows. Once the job is complete, our supervisor does another walkthrough with you to make sure you are 100% happy with the results.
How many people will you be sending to clean my windows?
Our standard residential window cleaning team consists of two people - a supervisor & a technician. For larger projects, a few teams can be dispatched to make sure the project gets completed in one day.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash or credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services. Invoice and payments receipt will be e-mailed to you.
Does my building management need to be notified about your upcoming visit?
Yes, please notify your building management and ask for their insurance requirement. Adding your insurance takes some time and has to be done at the time of your job scheduling.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any changes are free if done 24 hours prior to appointment. Otherwise, a 50% service cost may be applied.
